Imphal, April 14 2020: T Meena Devi, National executive member, Bharatiya Janata Party Mahila Morcha has distributed dal, onion, potatoes, edible oils and ngari (Fermented Dry fish) to 200 households of Wairi Mayai Leikai with the volunteers of WYC, Khundrakpam Assembly Constituency on the occasion of birth anniversary of Dr BR Ambedkar.

The programme was conducted under the "FEED THE NEEDY" as instructed by JP Nadda, National president, BJP, said a press statement.

The programme was followed under social distancing norms, it added.

Further, Meena Devi has launched an awareness campaign called " My Leikai Corona Free" with an aim to help locals undertake healthy practices and build a healthy society.
