Medical camps organised at different places

Imphal, August 13 2015:
Sky Hospital and Research Centre, RIMS Road, Imphal organized 3rd and 4th phase of free mobile medical and flood relief camp in association with Wangjing YVA club and EEO Lamding for people living along the course of Wangjing River.
According to a statement, the mobile camps were conducted today covering Wangjing Sorokhaibam leikai in the morning and Lamding ward no 1,2 and 3 in the evening.
The flood relief camp is being organized with free medical check and necessary medicine for water borne diseases like diarrhoea, dysentery etc.
In all, 392 patients were examined in Wangjing and Lamding.
Along with providing free medical camp, Sky Hospital also provided free rice, dal, to 232 flood affected families.
Dr L Shyamkishore Singh, chairman, SKY Hospital and Research Centre who personally supervised the free medical and flood relief activities at these places assured that such free mobile camp will be provided to needy people in other districts of Manipur affected by recent flood under the Corporate Social Responsibility ( CSR) of the Hospital.
At the same time, Public Hospital, Hatta has organised a free medical camp at Khongli High School under Maibam Uchiwa GP of Thoubal district today.
A total of 700 people were examined during the camp.
Six doctors and about 10 paramedical staff of Public Hospital conducted the medical camp.
