He also said that the five years of BJP Government at Centre is only master in announcement after announcement for solution but in reality, is never committed to bring about an amicable solution to our problem.
The PDA Government who have no concern for the people and like a wolf in a sheep clothing is only to please its high command BJP to be in the chair, he quipped.
Zeliang also lambasted the PDA Government achievement as nothing but only harvesting what the previous DAN III Government has sowed, stating that the present PDA Government is implementing the works which was sanctioned during the DAN III, but no new scheme and project could be brought about from Delhi.
He also termed the achievement of the PDA Government so far is only in organizing 'Hornbill Festival', 'Mini Hornbill Festival' and Cabinet meeting conducted at Kiphire District Hq once.
"One of the visible developments of the PDA Government is also that of random transfer of officers as punishment posting and removal of employees from the services", he added.
