Imphal, January 08 2014: In a shocking incident, the body of a missing girl child of Myanmar national was fished out from a cultivation site at Ngathal village in Churachandpur district by the police today.

The girl was just 4 years and nine months old.

It is suspected that the girl could have been raped before she was murdered.

Reports said that the girl identified as Zin Zin Moo was missing since Tuesday.

Moo Win, father of the girl child who hails from Thantlang village in Chin State of Myanmar said they had entered Churachandpur as UN Refugees status in 2000 .

Moo Win alleged that Zin Zin was kidnapped, raped and later murdered.

The district police are investigating into the incident. Meanwhile, the body has been deposited at the morgue of Churachandpur district hospital.
