Posting of 11 state officers amended

Imphal, February 04 2025: The Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (personnel division) has issued a corrigendum to its earlier order dated January 28, 2025, regarding transfers and postings of eight IAS, one IFS and two MCS officers.

As per the latest order, among the IAS officers, principal secretary (AR) RK Dinesh will now take additional responsibilities as principal secretary (AR/MAHUD) and Commissioner (DE), M Joy hold charge as special commissioner-cum-secretary (Art & Culture/IPR), Haobam Rosita posted as commissioner-cum-secretary (fisheries); special secretary (Health & FW), and secretary (Manipur Human Rights Commission) in addition to her existing charge.

Mannuamching has been posted as special secretary (Horticulture & SC/Higher & Technical Education) and Dr Nivedita Lairenlakpam as special secretary (Vety & AH) and director (Transport) .

Meanwhile, Anna Arambam has been reassigned as additional secretary (AR) and director (Social Welfare) in addition to her existing post while Ranjan Yumnam will take over as director (Institutional Finance) .

DC Churachandpur, Dharun Kumar has been given additional charge of DC Pherzawl.

RK Amanit Singh (IFS) has been reassigned as CF/Cen-tral Circle with additional charges of special secretary (Forest, Environment & Climate Change/Land Resources) and CF/Northern Circle.

Of the two MCS officers, Dr Sonia Oinam will now serve as joint secretary (YAS) and director (MIS), while T Phulen Mate has been reassigned as joint secretary (YAS) and director in-charge (Fisheries) .
