Bishnupur, February 28 2018: MLA L Radhakishore Singh inaugurated a newly constructed office of the Khwairakpan Youth Development Club at Ngakchroupokpi Khwairakpan, Oinam, Bishnupur district today.

The office of the club was built from the MLA Local Area Development Funds.

The total cost of the club is estimated to be around Rs 4.5 lakh.

Up- Pradhan Ngaikhong Gram Panchayat Oinam Sushila Devi and many eminent personalities of the local attended the inaugural function as dignitaries.

L Radhakishore urged the people of the area not resort to bandh and agitation first in case of any untoward incident.

The MLA further promised to construct a gate, fencing around the club and provide necessary furnitures to the club.
