13th ITS Graduation ceremony in Tamenglong

Tamenglong, April 26 2015 : Immanuel Theological Seminary (ITS) on Sunday held its 13th Graduation ceremony for the 12 young men and women who studied different courses at Town Baptist Church Tamenglong Headquarters.

The graduation programme was graced by Rev Dr NH Adui, General Secretary, Zeliangrong Baptist Church Council North East India, ZBCCNEI as graduation speaker under the theme "Vessels unto Honour" .

The Immanuel Theological Seminary Christian Centre, Chiuluan, Tamenglong which is affiliated to the Senate of India Institute of Mission (IIM) has produced graduation to 110 young men and women till today since 2000 .

In his sermon, Rev Dr Adui said that "the harvest is plentiful but the laborers are few.

God needs you, word of God is precious than silver and gold", he added.

"Eat, drink and work it for the glory of God.

You need to prepared your sermon for hours and be faithful to God till the end of your life", Rev Dr Adui said.

He also advised the young men and women to be trust worthy and be faithful.

Out of the 12 who graduated today, 10 are for Bachelor in Theology (B.Th) and two are for Master of Divinity (M.Div) .

The Immanuel Theological Seminary Tamenglong also conferred man of the course award to to Elisha Daime of Imkang Baptist church; woman of the course to Ramsuaiyile Newme of Presbyterian Church Tungje in Assam; best preaching to Namkhepibou Buanmei of Kuilong Baptist church; hard working man to Elisha Daime of Imkang Baptist; hard working woman to Nchale Riame of Luangma Baptist church, Assam and Academic excellence to Elisha Daime of Imkang Baptist Church, Manipur.
