Gaikhangam was responding to a remark made by MLA N Biren during zero hour of the Assembly.
He also appealed to the Naga political party to stop making 'unethical and unsubstantiated' comments on the tense situation in Ukhrul district.
MLA Biren said that the alleged communal remarks by NPF on the situation in Ukhrul have hurt the dignity of the House.
MLA Biren asserted that NPF has issued the statement on the presumption that the public in Ukhrul is suppressed, and pointing out that 144 CrPC Act is very often imposed in Imphal East and Imphal west districts, and there is no bar in utilizing commandos and IRBs.
