Imphal, January 15 2020: Decrying the act of placing a hand grenade in front of a shop located in the side of a cross-road near Sangaiprou FCI godown yesterday, womenfolk of the area have demanded the party/organisation concerned to disclose its reason and clarify for the action at the earliest.

Speaking to media persons at Manipur Press Club today, one of the women of Tera Lukram Leirak part-III Khundrakpam Nandarani said that the bomb was placed in front of the shop owned by one Khangembam Rakesh.

The shop has been closed for the last two days and added that some locals found the bomb and told Rakesh about the hand grenade, she informed.

She urged the party/organisation concerned not to repeat such action in the future.
