Imphal, March 14 2015 : A 16 days long National Integration Tour organised by 3 Assam Rifles of 28 Sector AR under the aegis of HQ IGAR(S) culminated at Kakching under "Op Sadbhavana project" was flagged in by Brig Gajendra Joshi, SM, Commander, 28 Sector Assam Rifles on Saturday.

According a statement issued by PRO HQ IGAR (S) said the tour was comprised by 18 students and two teachers were visited at Mysore and Bangalore.

The team visited zoo, historical monuments and a bird Sanctuary at Mysore on the first day.

The students also interacted with Karnataka governor Vajubhai Vala.

During the interaction, the Governor motivated the students to focus on education to achieve success.

The team later visited Indus International School and interacted with their counterparts.

They were given a brief exposure to innovative teaching techniques.

And Commander, 28 Sector Assam Rifles congratulated the students on the successful conducted of the tour and ask to exhorted the students to apply the knowledge and experience gained positively.
