Kakching, November 30 2019: District Legal Services Authority Thoubal and Legal Literacy Club in Langmeidong Higher Secondary School jointly organised a one day legal literacy cum quiz programme at the school today.

Manipur State Legal Services Authority, Deputy Member Secretary Sorokhaibam Sadananda, Langmeidong Higher Secondary School Principal Urikhinbam Kunjo Singh and DLSA Thoubal Retainer Lawyer Khaidem Babita Devi attended the event.

Advocate Nongmaithem Modhuchandra spoke on "Child Friendly Legal Services to Children and Their Protection Scheme, 2019 and Child Line, 1098" while Advocate Ksh Sarankumari talked about "Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016".Students took part in a quiz session organised as part of the programme.
