Th Radheshyam urges to provide names of children who are not in formal school

Minister Thokchom Radheshyam urged the people to provide names of the children who are not in the formal school education to the officials of the Education Department present at the GTV so that the children could be identified and admitted to the schools.
Th.Radheshyam, the Minister of Education, Labour & Employment, who is also the MLA of Heirok A/C was speaking at the 5th Phase of "Khungang Chatse: Go to the Village" mission held at the Ngarouthel Community Hall, Heirok Pt.
III Gram Panchayat of Thoubal District.
The Minister assured the people that various schemes will be provided to the rightful beneficiaries in a systematic manner under the Go to Village mission.
He appealed the people not to lose heart and have faith in the government and its machineries.
He added that the Go to Village Mission is initiated by the Government to deliver the benefits of several Government Schemes at the door steps of the people.
Altogether, 27 stalls of different departments including Labour Department, Revenue Department, Social Welfare, Health Directorate, Power, Education Department, Public Works Department, bank etc.
were opened at the GTV Mission camp to ensure that benefits of the Government schemes reached the intended beneficiaries.
Services for Aadhaar, Seeding, birth certificates, pension schemes, SAUBHAGYA, Weaver card/Artisan card, were etc provided at the stalls.
A painting competition for the school students in three different categories was organized by the ZEO, Zone-III/DPO, Thoubal as a part of the GTV Mission.
Minister Th.Radheshyam distributed the prizes to the students who stood first, second and third in the painting competition.
Cooking gas connections under the UJJALA scheme, Health card, Weaver Card to weavers were handed to the beneficiaries of the area.
Many local beneficiaries came to the stalls to enquire about the government schemes.
