Boy found dead, earrings missing

A 12 year old boy who went missing since some days back has been found dead inside the campus of CI College, Bishnupur.
The lifeless body of Mutum Jewel alias Manichandra was found inside CI College campus at a bushy spot, not frequented by people at about 11 am today.
Jewel was reading in class VI at Bishnupur Public School.
Jewel went out of home for school in the morning of October 19 but he never came back.
Together with filing a missing person report at Bishnupur police station, the local people were searching for the boy extensively.
One of the search teams found Jewel dead inside CI college campus today.
Jewel was the only son of Mutum Manitomba and Mutum (O) Dhanapati of Bishnupur Ward No 8, CI College Road.
Manitomba runs an automobile workshop.
On hearing about the news of their only son's dead, both Manitomba and Tomba fainted.

They have been taken to RIMS Hospital.
Experts from forensic science laboratory came to the spot where the boy was found dead and conducted preliminary inquest.
On October 19, since the day Jewel went missing, the boy did not attend school.
One adhesive gel (Dendrite) and a small bottle of correcting ink were found near the body of Jewel but his ear rings were found missing.
There was little signs of bruises or wounds on the corpse of the boy which has been deposited at RIMS mortuary.
Police have launched investigation into the case.
Though police have not yet made any definite comment on the possible cause of the boy's death, it is suspected that he was killed by some drug addicts to take his gold ear rings.
Meanwhile, taking strong exception to the suspected murder of Jiwel, womenfolk staged a protest demonstration at Bishnupur Keithel today.
Meanwhile AMSU Bishnupur District Committee has condemned the murder of the school going child in the strongest terms.
A press release issued by the student body also denounced the State Government's alleged indifference to repeated cases of murdering innocent children.
It also urged the authorities to find out the facts and circumstances of the murder so that justice is delivered at the earliest.
