Imphal, December 20 2011:
The proscribed RPF has condoled the sudden demise of Private Khoirom Dolen alias Pacha (A-3217) s/o late Kh Yaima Singh and late Kh (O) Ebeni Devi of Mayang Langjing Tamang and PWD employee Seram Yaima of Khongman Atom Leirak.
Pacha who joined the PLA on May 5, 2010 died following a stroke on December 17, informed the outfit in a press release issued by its publicity secretary T Leisemba.
After completing basic military training, Pacha was posted in Strategic Command-I of the party.
Saying that Pacha was a gentle, sincere, courageous and well-disciplined revolutionary cadre, RPF and PLA condoled the sudden demise of Pacha and conveyed solidarity to the bereaved family.
The outfit also condoled the death of Seram Yaima who sustained injuries in the bomb blast inside PWD complex and succumbed to the injuries a few days back.
The outfit further claimed that both police and PWD authorities were informed about one hour before the bomb was triggered to evacuate all the people from the complex.
But police did not evacuate any person with an ulterior motive to make scathing propaganda against revolutionary groups for injuring civilians.
It maintained that the casualties caused by the bomb blast was a result of derelict police officers who refrained from evacuating people even after knowing about the presence of a bomb inside the PWD complex.
