Discovery of human skulls Genocide, says PREPAK

Imphal, January 13 2015:
Referring to the recent discovery of eight human skulls and a number of skeletal remains from the erstwhile Tombisana High School campus, the proscribed PREPAK has alleged that the skulls and the skeletal remains belong to those people who were killed secretly by security forces.
It further alleged that the high school campus was being used as a secret mass grave by security forces.
In spite of all the efforts of the Government of India and its puppet State Government to cover all the alleged secret killings, people of Kangleipak (Manipur) have discovered a secret mass grave.
The recent discovery of skulls and skeletal remains have exposed the true colour of the Government of India which has been proudly claiming that it is the largest democracy in the world, said a lengthy statement issued by the outfit's publicity and propaganda assistant secretary Leibakngakpa Luwang.

The exposure of the Government of India's true colour is a landmark victory for the ongoing liberation movement.
If the skulls and skeletal remains are tested in a well equipped laboratory, all of them can be identified.
It can also be ascertained whether they were subjected to physical torture before they were done to death.
However, if one looks at how the State Government and the Government of India have been treating the matter, it does not look like people's expectation to unearth all the facts would be fulfilled.
Since AFSPA was imposed all over Manipur on September 8, 1980, there have been 20 cases of involuntary disappearance.
Most of them disappeared after they were picked up by security forces.
People's deep rooted suspicion is understandable given the fact that Tombisana High School was once occupied by BSF, CRPF and commandos.
Deputy Chief Minister Gaikhangam's assertion that the discovered skulls and skeletal remains may not be of those people who disappeared involuntarily as there was one mortuary at the erstwhile high school campus cannot befool the mass, the outfit remarked.
Had the skulls and skeletal remains not been photographed and published in the media, the Government might have hushed up the matter.
Even as the State Government claimed that the case would be handed over to CBI, due gazette notification has not been issued till date.
The Government has been dilly-dallying the matter thereby multiplying people's suspicion.
Moreover, a large section of the people are not in favour of CBI for investigating the matter as many cases handled by CBI are still hanging in limbo, take for instance the case of Tayeb Ali, said PREPAK.
Majority of the people want constitution of a special investigation team to investigate the startling discovery.
It was at the behest of the Government of India that the secret killings were committed.
Again, it is the Government of India's agents who would be investigating the case and at the same time, the Government of India would be sitting on the throne.
Under such arrangement, it would be too far-fetched to expect any investigating agency to reveal all the facts and truths, the outfit alleged.
All the successive Governments of India are of the same mind when it comes to imposition of AFSPA.
Just like in Sri Lanka where the United Nations would be carrying out an extensive investigation against atrocities committed by Sri Lankan military forces against Tamil civilians in their battles against LTTE, people should focus on catching UN attention towards the discovery of skulls and skeletal remains.
The Government of India and its agencies are instrumental in numerous cases of involuntary disappearances which took place in Manipur, Assam and Kashmir.
The Indian military forces have also been killing many people in fake encounters, the outfit alleged.
A report published in 2009 said that there are more than 8000 cadres of involuntary disappearances in Kashmir after they were picked up security forces.
Many secret mass graves created by security forces in Kashmir are known to local people but they have been keeping quiet for fear of reprisal.
Accusing the Government of India of creating secret mass graves in Kashmir and Manipur, the outfit called upon all the people to struggle collectively so that India is taken to task by international bodies.
