Imphal, October 12 2015: The Khongsai Inpi, general headquarters and Young Vaiphei Association (YVA), Imphal Jt Hqtrs have condoled the demise of Dr Rochunga Pudaite.

In a condolence message, Khongsai Inpi said the demise of Dr Rochunga Pudaite is not only a great loss to the family but also to Christians around the world.

It said the contributions of Dr Pudaite during his lifetime for the Christian community would be cherished.

The Inpi also shared the grief and sorrow of the bereaved family.

The Inpi members observed a two-minute silence as a mark of respect to the departed soul.

At the same time, Zabiaksang Suantak, president of YVA Jt Hqtrs Imphal said the demise of Dr Pudaite is a great loss for the Zo people in particular and humanity in general.

His contributions for the upliftment of Churachandpur in particular in the field of education, culture and Christianity are incomparable, the YVA president said.
