Chandel, July 13 2019: Ayushmann Bharat Health and Wellness Centre was opened today by the chief guest Kanlun, Executive Member, ADC Chandel in a simple function organized by District Health Society, Chandel at Tarao Laimanai.

Speaking at the occasion, chief guest Kanlun said that the Health and Wellness Centre at Tarao Laimanai (Bukthrol) will address the medical needs of the villagers and its neighbouring area.

He further said that the State Govt rolled out numbers of health scheme for the well being of the public while adding that everyone must avail such Govt's scheme to the fullest so that they can lead a healthy life.

The opening ceremony was attended by Dr Serthani, Chief Medical Officer, Mission Director Chandel as functional president; K Leingam, nominee, ADC, Chandel; Dr K Benedict, State Nodal Officer, Ayush and M Imo, State Programme Officer (TATA Trust) as guests of honour.
