AJMSE-CDO appeal

All Jiribam Muslim Socio Economic (AJMSE) and Cultural Development Organisation (CDO) today alleged that the Muslim communities in Jiribam have never received any kind of aid and benefits from the WAQF Board .
In a press meet held today at Babupara, president of AJMSE and CDO, Md Abdul Kadir said that Masjid, Maktab, Idgah, Kabasstan, widow and Imam of the community in Jiribam have not received any benefit or aid from the WAQF Board .
Md Abdul Kadir appealed the authority concerned to conduct awareness programmes in Jiribam while pointing out that lack of awareness of various schemes and beneficial programmes in the region have deprived the people of the available opportunities .
He further appealed the WAQF Board to make MLA of Jiribam, Md Ashab Uddin as the Chairman of the Board .
Meanwhile, Headmaster of the Al Madrassatul Banat, Kashimpur, Jiribam, MV Abul Kalam condemned WAQF Chairman, Md Fajur Rahim for the alleged report on one teacher, Md Arshad Ali which was published in the daily .
The report which said that the teacher have not attended the school for two years is false, said the headmaster of the school .
He further said that there has been no official visit or inspection by any authority in the school and questioned the WAQF Chairman about the reliability of the source.
