Ibobi exhorts Youth Congress

Imphal, October 31 2012:
"Instill confidence first to the people and later seek cooperation from them," Manipur Chief Minister O Ibobi Singh today said while inaugurating a 3-day Special leadership Training Programme cum residential Camp at Congress Bhavan here.
The 3-day long training programme cum residential camp is being organized by Manipur Pradesh Youth Congress Committee (MPYCC) .
Stating that all the leaders and other individuals who are in power are not permanent, Ibobi poised that the training programme will certainly contribute in making the future leaders of the state.
He said a true leader entails a sacrificial spirit and urged not to spoil the trust of the people that placed in Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC).
Ibobi also called for further strengthening of the party.

MPCC President and state Home Minister G Gaikhangam who was also taking part at the function said the training programme in which several resource persons from other states are also participating will surely do well and act as a guide to all the aspirant leaders.
Ng Bijoy, MLA, Khurai constituency, Victor Keishing, MLA, Phungyar constituency, Chaltolien, Chairman, Hill Area Development Committee, Kumari Indirani Mishra, Secretary in-charge Manipur, Indian Youth Congress and president members of district and block level Congress Committee also took part the function.
