Imphal, August 27 2019: Duty Magistrate Imphal West remanded murder accused Arambam Leeman to four days in custody of Singjamei police today evening.

Arambam Leeman (35) s/o Santabi Langthabal Mantrikhong Awang Leikai was arrested yesterday afternoon after he surrendered before the police for stabbing to death one Kangabam Nanao alias Romesh (37) s/o of Chaurjit of the same locality with a kitchen knife, a few feet away from his own residential gate.

Leeman was produced before the Duty Magistrate Imphal West today evening, along with a prayer for remanding him to four days in police custody for investigation of the case and after going through the police prayer, the Court remanded Leeman to police custody till August 30 .
