More relief aid pours in for fire victims

Tpl, April 26 2018: With a view to extend assistance to the fire victims of Moreh, Lions Club of Moreh border town, Lions club of Imphal valley and Lions club of Imphal provided financial as well as commodity aid to each of the family, at the shopping mall near Myanmar friendship gate no 2 .

The joint team distributed a sum of Rs 11,000 along with two bags of rice each to the victim families.

Meanwhile, one of the affected family whose properties were not gravely damaged were assisted with a sum of Rs 3000, reported our correspondent.

Lions Club of Moreh border town president H Manglem, Lions Club of Imphal Valley 1st vice president, Dr RK Laksana, Tengnoupal district SP, Dr S Ibomcha, Meetei Council Moreh president.

M Thoiba and Relief Committee Moreh members were present at the simple gathering.
