RB Koijam expelled from NCP

Imphal, October 25 2012: The apparently never ending sparring between two NCP State leaders, MLA L Ibomcha and Radhabinod Koijam has finally come to an end with the later being expelled from the Party.

An order to this effect has been issued by SR Kohli, Permanent Secretary of NCP on October 18 .

The order said that the Disciplinary Action Committee of NCP met on October 18 following various complaints against Radhabinod Koijam over his 'anti-party' activities.

After a detailed deliberation, a unanimous decision was taken to expel him from the Nationalist Congress Party with immediate effect.

Accordingly, his membership from the Working Committee has been also been cancelled.
