Zeliangrong bodies hail successful candidates

Tamenglong, September 25 2012: All Zeliangrong Students' Union (AZSU), Zeliangrong Youth Front (ZYF), Zeliangrong Baudi, Manipur (ZBM) and Zeliangrong Students' Union, Manipur (ZSUM) have congratulated all the nine candidates belonging to Zeliangrong community who got through the Manipur Civil Service Combined Examination, 2010 conducted by Manipur Public Service Commission.

The results of the examination were declared today.

The nine successful Zeliangrong candidates are Gangmei Ganguiliu (24th position), Namsadai Peter Pamei of Dailong (51st position), Dangmei Manglem (67th position) of Namdulong Imphal, Chingkhiulung Rianmei (100th position) of Azuram village, Gaikhonlung Panmei (101st position) of Bamgaijang village, Meiringmei Agang Kabui (111th position ), (119) Namlalung Gangmei (119th position) of Chiulon village, Renee Newmai (130th position) and (135) D Meidinbui (135th position) of Tharon village.

In a joint statement, President of AZSU Pamei Tingenglung, Presidwent of ZYF Titus Kamei, Chairman of ZBM Thomas Kamei and Chairman of ZSUM D Stephen Zeme observed that the mental aptitude and ability of Zeliangrong people in the field of knowledge competition and education has once again proved by their success.

Despite the numerous hurdles and disturbances being encountered presently by the Zeliangrong people, the undeterred determination of these candidate and their parents who groomed their children to climb this height and achieve such goals are deserved to be hailed.

"Their success will undoubtedly set as a great example to emulate by the younger generation in the days to come", the joint statement added.
