Imphal, May 23 2020: Lamkang Naga Lup Snu Lup (LNSL) and Lamkang Kurchuknao Kunpun (LKK) has strongly condemned the alleged circulation of fake news that one *** Lamkang from Paraolon Village eloped with a boy from a quarantine centre opened at St Joseph School.

In different statements, the two bodies stated that *** Lamkang is presently working as a sales executive at NNS Departmental Store, Chandel, the only supermarket in Chandel Japaho Bazar and she has not been outside Manipur.

On the alleged date of elopement, i.e May 21, she was very at her place of work, it said and urged all concerned to take legal action against those spreading fake news.
