Kakching, November 21 2019: The District Legal Services Authority, Thoubal organised a one day legal literacy programme cum quiz competition at Martin Grammar School, Kakching today.

The programme organised under the sponsorship of Manipur State Legal Services Authority was attended by Family Court Thoubal Judge Salam Imocha, Martin Grammar School, Kakching Headmaster, Moirangthem Manihar and District Legal Services Authority, Thoubal Secretary Ashem Tarunakumari as presidium members.

Advocate Nongmaithem Madhuchandra spoke on NALSA (Child Friendly Legal Services to Children and their protection) Scheme 2019 and Child Line 1098 .

Advocate Md Zakir Hussain talked about Solid Waste Management Rules 2016 .

Winners of the quiz competition held were given prizes as encouragement.
