Thoubal, March 17 2019: To monitor/supervise the ground at Wangkhem AC bought by one social worker Kangabam Jadumani for the public of Yairipok Kekru Village, an adhoc committee has been formed, said a statement of the committee president, Longjam Gambhir.

The statement informed all the denizens of the area to consult with the committee first in case they want to organise any event at the said ground.

The committee has resolved not to allow any events to be organised in the ground without obtaining prior approval from the committee until it is handed over to the denizens of Kekru village publicly, it said.

The elected office bearers of the committee are Longjam Gambhir, president; K Nongthon, vice president; L Tiras, secretary, K Pravudash Sharma, finance; T Thoithoiba, joint secretary, L Manisana, games and sports and K Suren, publicity.
