Training programme held

A one day training programme on "Aadhar Enrolment and Aadhar Kit Distribution to the Village Level Entrepreneur's (VLEs) of Common Service Centre" was held today at State Academy of Training (SAT), Takyelpat in a joint collaboration between Department of Information Technology, Government of Manipur and Common Service Centre (CSC) e-Governance Services India Limited under the aegis of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India.
In a press release, N Deben, Additional Director (Dept of IT, Govt of Manipur) said that the training was attended by 35 village level entrepreneurs who operate CSCs and Aadhar kits were distributed to 21 VLEs of CSC's.Digital Finance Awareness and Access (cashless) training was also conducted and the programme was organised with the main objective of providing training to the CSC to provide Aadhar based services like enrolment, updating, printing of PVC Aadhar card and most importantly Aadhar enabled payment system in support of digital or cashless transaction, it added.
