Free medical camp held at Jiribam

Jiribam, January 13 2019: A free medical camp jointly organized by Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd and Piramal Swasthya Management Research Institute (PSMRI) was conducted at All Jiribam Auto Rickshaw Owner' s and Driver's Association Office, Babupara, Jiribam yesterday.

In the camp, medical checkup for BP, diabetes, weight measurements, eyes checkup, skin problem, soft tissue problem, respiratory problem and nutritional deficiency disease were conducted.

Biswamitra Choudhury, Network Support (PSMRI) said that Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd and Piramal Swasthya Management Research Institute (PSMRI) organized the free medical camp with fee mam focus on me truck drivers, auto drivers and their families and hoped that the camp will fulfill some of their medical needs as they worked round the clock in different parts of the country.

He further informed that me said free medical camp will be conducted on every 2nd Saturday of every month at All Jiribam Auto Rickshaw Owner's and Driver's Association Office.

About 70-80 people including public of Jiribam other drivers were also provided free health checkup and medicines during the camp.

Dr Pawkaj Choudhury, Pharmacist Suyeb Ahmed and Nurse Sushila Chanu attended the free medical camp.
