Imphal, August 09 2022: The Janata Dal (United), Manipur State Unit has conveyed its best wishes to Nitish Kumar and National leaders of the party for 'dumping' BJP and leaving the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) .

Nitish Kumar resigned as Chief Minister of Bihar NDA Government today.

In a statement, president of JD (U) State unit Ksh Biren said that they are very happy to learn that JD (U) has finally dumped BJP and left NDA.

"This step is long overdue as BJP has been working hard to weaken JD (U) over the past many months and they (the BJP) hasn't kept the minimum courtesy of respecting the alliance partner," he said and added that the whole Nation will be benefitted by the present political development.
