Army felicitates Jodha Thongjaomayum

Imphal, December 05 2024: The Indian Army felicitated cadet Jodha Thongjaomayum for earning the prestigious President's Bronze Medal during the passing-out parade of the 147th course of the National Defence Academy (NDA) held on November 30 at Khadakwasla, Pune.

Jodha, a resident of Khurai Thoudam Leikai, Imphal East, began his journey at Sainik School, Imphal before joining the Rashtriya Indian Military College (RIMC) in 2017 .

After completing his studies at RIMC in 2021, he enrolled in the NDA's 147th course in January 2022, undergoing three years of intense military training.

Senior Army officers hailed his achievement stating that the medal reflects his unwavering determination and stands as a testimony to the exceptional standards upheld by the Indian military.

His parents were also present during the ceremony.
