Imphal, April 04 2013: The general body of the Churachandpur District Christian Goodwill Council (a conglomerate of more than twenty Church organizations) in its meeting held today felt that it is the bounden duty of Alice Kamei, a Class- DC student of Grace Reach Academy, Hiyanglam, Thoubal District, who had gone missing from her boarding school since March 10, to exercise her inherent rights without fear or favor to safeguard our society from succumbing to intimidation, exploitation or suppression or interference.

A statement issued by the Council today appealed to the captors to release the girl child immediately while also con--demning the kidnapping.
