Imphal, April 02 2013: The State Government has effected transfer/posting of 12 IAS/MCS/Jr MCS officers with immediate effect.

According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms, ' IAS SK Dev Verman will be the Commissioner for Labour and Employment: Y Jugindro Singh (IAS) - Commissioner (Fisheries); Rajesh Agarwal (IAS) - Commissioner (Power/Agri/Sc & Tech/Eco & Stats) as well as Resident Commissioner, Manipur Bhavan, New Delhi; Aran Kumar Sinha (IAS) - Secretary (MPSC); M Joy Singh (IAS) - Additional Secy (Mahud & Revenue) and Additional Director (SAT); H Rupachandra Singh - Jt Secy (Social Welfare/Home); Shyam Lai Poonia (IAS) -Under Secy (DP/Plg); Killu Siva Kumar Naidu (IAS) SDO/BDO, Parbung; Hungyo Worshang (IAS) SDO/BDO Paomata; A Tombikanta Singh (MCS) -SVEEP Officer, Election Department; Y Iboyaima Singh (MCS) ADC/Jiribam; and W Ibohal Singh (Jr MCS) -Deputy Commissioner incharge, Bishnupur.
