MSSA indefinite ceasework strike called off

Imphal, August 31 2011: The indefinite cease work strike carried out by theManipur Secretariat Services Association (MSSA) has been called off just after the receipt of an order at 6.30 pm by the Association.

With the sole initiative of Minister, GAD, Th Debendra and his sincere assurances to fulfill the demands of MSSA with issuing the transfer and posting order of an MSS cadre officer as the Under Secretary, GAD, the scheduled indefinite cease work strike in the Manipur Secretariat was called off.

MSSA employees will resume official working as usual.
