Positive changes at Khundrakpam AC with BJP's governance: BJP Khundrakpam Mandal Committee

Imphal, December 31 2018: BJP Khundrakpam Mandal Committee has claimed that ever since the coming of the BJP Government, Khundrakpam has been witnessing many positive changes.

Speaking to media persons at Manipur Press Club today, BJP Khundrakpam Mandal Committee's Nando Meitei said that free gas connections have been provided to 1450 beneficiaries of the Constituency by the BJP Government, 55 looms were distributed to female weavers by Industry Department, more than 270 people have been provided sewing and embroidery modules, Imphal Sagolmang road has been constructed, many roads have been constructed under PMGSY, transformation of the eco suspension bridge to RCC bridge which is about to begin etc.

He then appealed to the people not to believe the claims and baseless allegations made by the local MLA against the BJP.

On the other hand, Peace and Development Coordinating Committee (PDCC) Khundrakpam, Saikul Constituency, has also claimed that BJP State Government has taken up many developmental works for the Khundrakpam Kendra Speaking to media persons, PDCC secretary Thoudam Hemjit said that the Go To Village mission of the State Govt has covered many of the remote parts of Khundrakpam Kendra.

Claiming that the Kendra has been witnessing many new developmental initiatives, he said that more than 200 families of the Kendra are being able to provide self employment.

He continued that the new State Government has brought many positive changes to not Only Khundrakpam but to the whole State as well.

He also explained many of the achievement of the BJP Government as well as the Chief Minister winning the best CM award in BJP ruled States and the 3rd best CM in the country.

As such, it is unfortunate that the MLA of Khundrakpam AC is trying to tarnish the image ,of the BJP, he added.
