Imphal, October 29 2024: A 2-day National workshop on "Artificial Intelligence Driven Financial Empowerment for Manipur" has been organised at Manipur University Court Hall.

The workshop, launched yesterday, was organised by the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, MIT and Computer Science Department of MU.

Sponsored by NM-ICPS, DST through IBITF, IIT Bhilai, the inaugural session of the workshop was launched by Prof N'Lokendra Singh, Vice Chancellor of Manipur University.

Prof N Basanta Singh, Principal MIT and Dean School of Engineering, MU; Prof Sumitra Phanjoubam, Dean, School of Mathematical and Physical Sciences, MU, Prof H Mamata Devi, HoD Computer Science, MU, Prof Santosh Biswas, Project Director, IBITF, IIT Bhilai and Prof Ajoy Kumar Khan, Computer Engg, Mizoram University attended the event.
