Imphal, August 27 2020: The Manipur Public Service Commission has notified all candidates who qualified for Manipur Civil Services Combined Competitive (Main) Examination, 2016 to submit fresh application form online through www.empsconline.gov.in with effect from August 28 till midnight of September 13, 2020 .

Qualified candidates who had applied for MCSCC (Main) Examination 2016 held in September, 2016 are exempted from payment of fees.

On the other hand, qualified candidates who had not applied earlier for the MCSCC (Main) Examination, 2016 shall have to pay the prescribed fees of Rs 300 for UR/OBC and Rs 150 for SC/ST through online payment mode only, said MPSC today.
