Manipur College celebrates 64th foundation day

Imphal, August 21 2021: The 64th Foundation day of Manipur College was observed today at the college campus organised by the Manipur College Students' Union (MCSU) (2020-21) .

Y Khemchand Singh, Speaker of Manipur Legislative Assembly and Dr W Shambhunath Singh, Principal of Manipur College led the attendees in paying floral tribute at the College Founders' Memorial Square, said a statement issued by MCSU.

W Shambhunath handed over monetary assistance meant for Covid Care Centre Manipur College to Speaker Y Khemchand in the presence of faculty members, non-teaching staff and secretaries of MCSU.

A blood donation camp was also held at the Department of Transfusion Medicine, RIMS to mark the celebration in association with Life Saver Manipur and NHM, Manipur, added the statement.
