Tengnoupal, August 18 2018: Tengnoupal District Mahila Congress Committee Manipur organised a launching event of "Project Shakti: Register for direct contact with AICC president Rahul Gandhi" at Elora Hotel in Moreh at around 6 in the evening today.

Speaking on the occasion, All India Mahila Congress Committee general secretary Bishmita Gogoi stated that Project Shakti was launched with the objective to identify and access the potential, talents and capabilities of women residing in Moreh as well as to have direct contact with AICC president Rahul Gandhi.

Manipur Mahila Congress Committee president Mutum Sarma Devi elaborated that women residing in Moreh can address any grievances or suggestions to Rahul Gandhi through the Project and will enable the women to keep in touch with him and leaders of all levels on various issues as well.

Kh Devabratta Singh, general secretary, MPCC, Md Shiraj Ahamed, secretary in charge Mahila MPCC, Shamshak, general secretary, MPMCC and RK Tamphasana Devi, general secretary, MPMCC along with people of Moreh attended the launching event.
