Imphal, March 18 2021: Celebrating 75th years of India's Independence, a 5-day photo exhibition on the theme 'Azadika Amrit Mahotsav' held at INA Auditorium, Moirang was concluded yesterday.

It was organized by Regional Outreach Bureau (ROB) Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, Imphal.

The exhibition displayed in detail about the life story of India's prominent freedom fighters like Mahatma Gandhi, Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel, Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose and many unsung heroes and their role towards the freedom struggle.

Addressing as chief guest of the function N Jugindro Singh Associate Prof.Moirang college HOD (History) elaborated on the freedom struggle and 75 years of India's independence.

Dr Aribam Ibomcha Sharma Head of the office, ROB Imphal presided over the function.

Ex-tempore speech and quiz contests were also held as a part of the closing function.
