AR conducts medical camp, provides medicines to PHC Bendramei

Senapati, July 15 2024: Assam Rifles organised a medical camp at Bendramei Village in Senapati district yesterday as a part of the Op Sadbhavana initiative.

The medical camp was held to extend medical care and provide necessary medications to the residents of Bendramei and its neighboring villages, said a statement by the Assam Rifles.

Comprehensive medical examinations were conducted and essential medicines were distributed during the camp.

Furthermore, the villagers were educated on preventive measures and extended curative treatments were administered based on individual requirements.

Furthermore, Assam Rifles distributed various types of medicines which include Anti-hypertensives, anti diabetic, antibiotics, painkillers and ointments to Primary Health Centre (PHC) Bendramei.

This initiative comes as a significant step in facilitating the basic medical care and sound functioning of PHC in the Bendramei area.

Commandant of Assam Rifles Battalion handed over the medicines to the doctors of PHC Bendramei.
