SEDO appeals to start road construction work

Churachandpur, September 12 2019: The Socio-Economic Development Organization (SEDO) drew the attention of the concerned authority regarding the pending/incomplete road construction work from Henglep to Tuibong stretch that has caused immense suffering to the general public to carry out their day-to-day activities, said a press release issued by SEDO.

It said that the work programme to build the said road was successfully endorsed under PMGSY Ph-XI 2017-18 Package No MN03212 - Henglep to Songlen in March 2018 and all the necessary tender and technical bid were all over to expedite the contruction work.

It therefore urged the relevant department and authority concerned to commence the necessary construction work without further delay in the interest of public failing which SEDO with the support of public will resort to agitation.
