232 people vaccinated in Moreh

Moreh, June 30 2021:
Around 232 people were inoculated at four vaccination sites set up in Moreh Block on Wednesday.
District Health Society, Tengnoupal District and All Community Development Organisation, Moreh under the aegis of District Administration, Tengnoupal District organised a vaccination camp at its office wherein 84 people were vaccinated, while 82 people were vaccinated at PHC Moreh; 43 at Motha Village along Indo-Myanmar Border, and 22 at 43 Assam Rifles.
The vaccination camps were supervised by Moreh ADC K Jadumani Singh, SDO I Dineshkumar Singh and PHC MO in-charge Dr Kh Santikumar Singh.
On the other hand, Moreh Task Force Committee has announced a number of precautionary measures on Wednesday to strengthen the fight against the pandemic.
The Committee urged all Moreh denizens to wear masks before stepping out of their homes, along with instructing those who have not been vaccinated by July 1 to stay at home and initiation of action and issuance of fine to shopkeepers, auto rickshaw drivers, Moreh-Imphal passenger service providers and vendors not possessing Covid vaccine certificate.
