Distribution of relief materials continues

Imphal, August 27 2020: Distribution of edibles, face masks, hand sanitisers and others continued in the State. Khurai
Social worker Khangokpam Khamba donated edible items, face masks and hand sanitisers to locals of certain localities under Khurai AC which have been declared as containment zones by the district administration, Imphal East.

Khamba said that the items were distributed as part of Vision Khurai 2022 .

Celin Digital
Celin Digital has distributed edible items, face masks and hand sanitisers for the 14 staff of TOM TV, who are undergoing quarantine.

A press release issued by the Celin Digital said that the items were distributed under the aegis of its producer, Phanjoubam Lanajit, following SOPs for COVID-19 .

Congress Committees
Co-opted member of Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee, Achoibam Deben Singh and Lamlai Congress Block Committee distributed edible items to quarantine centres opened at Nongpok Sanjenbam Khunou, Sanshabi and Kabongbuk Khun, yesterday.

The donors also extended cash assistance to the said quarantine centres.

The edibles include rice, potatoes, edible oil, chillies, dal and packaged salt.

Nambol
Retd IPS cum former BJP Manipur Pradesh, Th Basanta distributed drinking water and edible items for the locals of Sanjenbam Pukhrambam village, Nambol Kendra, which was declared as a containment zone.

Th Basanta also donated face masks, hand sanitisers for the locals of Kabowakching, Balaramkhul and Maibam Chingmang under Nambol Kendra.
