Multipurpose community hall inaugurated

Senapati, June 27 2018: Maram Battalion of Senapati Brigade, under the aegis of Red Shield Division dedicated a Multipurpose Community Hall at village Makhel today.

The multipurpose community hall was constructed under Army MCA project for a population of 4000 villagers residing at Makhel village.

Commandant Maram Battalion cut the ribbon, unveiled the project and gave the honour to the oldest member of the village.

Commandant Maram Battalion mentioned that, with the existence of the infrastructure, the Mao community have found a vital platform to promote fraternity, mutual respect and cooperation towards building up a glorious future.

He congratulated the villagers on handing over the asset.

The villagers expressed extreme happiness and expressed their gratitude towards Army/Assam Rifles for providing the multipurpose community hall.
