Distribution of relief items continues

Tbl/Kak, May 27 2021: May 27: In continuation of the assistance provided to the people, the youths of Kairembikhok Awang Leikai distributed essential food items and water to the households in the containment zone of Kairembikhok Mamang Leikai under Wangjing Tentha Assembly Constituency today.

The essential items were sponsored by BJP Manipur, Youth State secretary, Kshetrimayum Priyobata and Laishram Somen Singh.

The volunteers of Youth Development Organisation (YDO) Pallel Thongwangma, Kakching also distributed essential food items to every household in Pallel Thongwangma and Leimang Chingjil.

The food items were sponsored by Up Adhyaksha Pallel ZP Member,.

Md Najimuddin; Pallel GP Pradhan, Md Mukimuddin; Forest Beat Office Pallel, Md Salauddin and social worker, N Nabachandra Singh.

Eteen Computerised Eye Testing and Eye Care Center also distributed food items and face masks to 190 poor households in Thoubal Kshetri Leikai today.

Speaking on the occasion, Proprietor, Dr Eteen Maibam stated that the food items were distributed to support the families suffering due to the COVID-19 pandemic and assured to provide similar assistance in the future.

The distribution programme was also participated by the members of Youth For Tomorrow (YFT), Thoubal Kshetri Leikai.

Likewise, social worker, Kharibam Jivan also distributed food items to the households in the containment zone of Phoudel Mamang Leikai, Khoirom Mayai Leikai, Charangpat Mamang Leikai, Haokha Mamang leikai and Kiyam Siphai in Thoubal district.

Anjuman Nasrul Islam (Ulama-e-Association), Sora also distributed face masks, hand wash and essential food items to the Covid Care Centres in Kakching district.

The distribution programme was attended by Anjuman Nasrul .
