AR conducts medical camp

In its ongoing efforts to provide humanitarian assistance and promote healthcare in remote areas, Assam Rifles organised a medical camp at Changpol village in the Khengjoi Sub Division of Chandel District Manipur.
According to a release issued by IGAR (South), the medical camp witnessed an overwhelming response from the local community, with a total of 139 civilians, including women and children, participating.
Attendees were provided with free medical consultations, treatment, and essential medicines.
The dedicated medical team offered diagnostic and treatment services for various ailments, including respiratory and skin infections, as well as general health check-ups.
The IGAR (South) continued that the camp was exceptionally well-received by the local population, who expressed their gratitude to Assam Rifles for organising such an impactful event.
This initiative not only provided much-needed medical assistance to the villagers but also helped strengthen the bond between the security forces and the local community.
