The All Manipur MadrassaModernisation Teachers Welfare Association has appealed to the State Govemmehtto take up necessary actions against those individuals involved in obstructing the regularisation process.
Speaking to media persons at Manipur Press Club today, Arashad Ali, vice president of the association stated that the association has launched numerous agitation from the time of the previous Government for regularisation of the teachers under the Madrassa Modernisation scheme implemented by the WAQF Board under MOBC, Manipur.
He further pointed out that the association met Chief Minister N Biren Singh on July and October on Miyamgi Numit and appealed him to finish the regularisation process of Madrassa Modernisation teachers.
But the present Government led by N Biren has also failed to take up any kind of positive steps, he claimed and added that if the authority fails to give a positive reply by November 30, the association will launch various forms of agitation in collaboration with the CSOs of the State.
He also appealed to the State Government to take up necessary actions against the officers of WAQF Board who failed to take up the regularisation process properly.
