Bishnupur, November 18 2017: As a part of 10 days nationwide Legal Service Day observation, District Legal Service, Bishnupur, today observed a one day 'Legal Awareness Programme' at Ibudhou Chothe Thangmai Pakhangba Community Hall, Ningthoukhong ward no.2 Loktak Project.

Speaking at the event, district and session judge, Ch Brajachand Singh, who attended the event as Chief Guest, pointed out the importance and need of awareness of law.

Hinting out the importance of Legal Aid Clinic and its role he said, the district has 10 Legal Aid Clinics which are there to assist people on legal aspect of the case before it reach court.

Co-ordinator legal Aid Clinic, Ningthoukhong ward no.2 Loktak project, H Boljen Singh, Incharge Secretary, DLSA, Bishnupur, Masana Evangeline Panmei, member, ward no.2 Ningthoukhong AK Iboyaima Singh and Chairman Ibudhou Chothe Thangmai Pakhangba Seva, K Naba attended the event as presidiums.

Resource person namely advocate H Hemchandra interact with the audience.
