KNF 31st Raising Day

The Kuki National Front (NEHLUN) observed its 31 st Raising Day at Daitwi Camp today by paying tribute to its former president late Nehlun Kipgen, cadres and leaders who scarified their lives for Kukiland.
A press release issued by info and publicity, Govt of Kukiland conveyed their heartfelt gratitude to all CSOs, underground outfit in general, especially to the outfit of Manipur.
KNF is not in Suspension of Operation.
We did not go against the SoO but believe that this SoO will not bring positive outcomes.
Giving the reason behind the name Kuki National Front it mentioned that it is so because reason is we follow the then former president 'Political ideology and distinctiveness' .
The forefather of Kukis fought the British for the freedom of India and Kuki gallantly shed blood, many Kukis lost their souls.
Among their fight, the Kuki Rebellion 1917-1919, the INA, the sepoy mutiny and the civil war are some of the famous ones.
Claiming that even the civilians helped the Government in protest against the rebels and insurgents by organizing the Village Volunteers Force it claimed that demanding Kukiland is our birth right.
Even the State Government should not neglect the Kukis for creation of separate administrative unit as their forefather shed blood for protection of Manipur and Kings, it claimed.
