Imphal, April 13 2019: Ipudhou Pakhangba Thougallup (IPL), Malom Tuliyaima Awang felicitated two candidates, Kanghujam Sunindra Singh s/o K Indramani and Ningthoujam Johnson Meetei, s/o N Priyokumar, who cleared Civil Services Exam, 2018 conducted by Union Public Service Commission, at its hall today.

Ningthoujam Johnson was represented by his father, N Priyokumar at the event.

The function was graced by Director Manipur Legislative Assembly, Yumkhaibam Samarendra Singh, Superintending Engineer, Rural Engineering Department, Khumallambam Rajen Singh and advisor IPL, Mayanglambam Tomba Meetei as presidium members.

Speaking at the event, Y Samarendra said students should spend their "precious" time wisely and study with passion and determination to contribute their share in the development of the State.

Lauding the achievers on their success, he urged them to work honestly for development of the State.
